Parent and Co-Parent Coaching
Rachel Osband offers child-focused, trauma-informed parent coaching designed to help parents develop practical strategies that fit their unique situation.
For separated or divorced parents, the goal does not have to be becoming friends or parenting identically. Instead, coaching can help parents identify what their child needs from each of them, reduce unnecessary conflict, improve communication and boundaries, and develop practical approaches that provide children with greater stability and emotional safety. Coaching may involve one parent or co-parents who want help creating a more child-focused approach across two households.
Parenting can be challenging even under the best circumstances. When your child is navigating big emotions, neurodivergence, identity exploration, family transitions, divorce, or conflict between parents, it can be difficult to know how to respond in a way that supports both your child and your relationship with them.
The goal is not perfect parenting. It is helping parents respond with greater understanding, intention, and confidence in both the parent-child and co-parenting relationship. There is no single “right” way to parent every child. Coaching is tailored to your child, your family, and the challenges you are facing.

Throughout the process, the focus remains where it belongs: on the child.
